The Water District does not evaluate or endorse private services offered to homeowners. Homeowners are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence when deciding whether to pursue or accept a service. If you wish to investigate a service provider from whom you have received a letter, it is recommended that you begin your research using publicly available sources, such as the Texas Secretary of State, the Better Business Bureau, and independent consumer reviews.  Please note that the waterline from the meter to the home is the responsibility of the homeowner.
