May 21, 2020 – Payment processing ERROR

On May 20th, there was a processing error while drafting some (not all) auto draft payments for the April water utility payment with Travis County WCID 10.

Immediately, upon being informed of the processing error, Crossroads Utility Services contacted the company responsible for processing the payments. Unfortunately, the payments had already been processed. A notice is being sent to the affected customer’s banks today to reverse the duplicated payment.

Of the affected customers, some customers may see the payment reversal posted to their bank accounts tonight and other customers may see the payment reversal in a couple of days, depending on your banks processing times. Other customers may see the payment reversal before the duplicated payments are posted to their accounts.
