Austin Water Update 2/12/2019

Austin Water is dedicating more crews to continue performing targeted flushing in areas still experiencing unusual taste and odor. Flushing will be ongoing as we continue to see improvements.

An interactive map is now available to allow customers to see if their area has been flushed. If you are still experiencing issues, please continue to contact 3-1-1 and provide your location.

Austin Water has assembled a customer response team to call customers who have reported issues with taste and odor. Follow up calls are being made to determine if taste and odor issues are being resolved.
